If hired, I agree to conform to the rules and standards of Capital Ready Mix and agree that my employment and compensation can be terminated at will, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, either at my option or at the option of the company. I understand that no representative of the company has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any period of time, or to make any promise contrary to the foregoing. I further agree that if I am not hired by Capital Ready Mix that any claim based upon same, except to the extent it may be brought before a state or federal administrative agency, shall be resolved by submission to arbitration under rules of CRM before an arbitrator experienced in employment law, in accordance with applicable law.
